Tim Slater
Even when attending Hillside Secondary School in West Vancouver, Tim knew he wanted to be a real estate agent. He would go to open houses with his mother long before he was a licensed realtor simply because he loved to look at houses. He loved meeting people and he loved houses. And now fifteen years later, Tim is still the youngest realtor to be licensed in British Columbia. His love for people, houses and his community has only become stronger and more committed.

Tim in all his life’s pursuits is uncompromising. He is tenacious in his approach to business and represents his clients, many of them repeat clients, with dog like loyalty.

Since the age of twenty, Tim has been appointed to many of West Vancouver’s Community Boards, helping over the last twelve years shape his community, for the benefit of seniors, the disabled and other groups. His positions as a commissioner has allowed him to advise on many aspects of his community, most notably the parks and recreation commission, the advisory planning commission, the community services commission, the youth advisory commission and most recently the official community plan. Simply stated, no other realtor knows West Vancouver like Tim Slater.

Put Tim’s energy and experience to use. He is a master negotiator, a wealth of knowledge and fifteen years later, still loves people and houses. After all isn’t that what it is all about?
